Lisa Christianson is a nationally respected commercial real estate expert, licensed in both Minnesota and Florida, with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. In January 2025, she sold her firm, Christianson & Company Commercial Real Estate Services, to Colliers and now serves as a senior advisor at Colliers.
Lisa’s deep expertise includes guiding investors through strategic transitions—whether exiting management-intensive assets, resolving complex partnerships, or crafting succession and estate plans that preserve wealth and family harmony across generations.
